Hi, I'm Pastor Joel Anderson,
I would like to invite you to come and be a part of our telechurch ministry. Jesus said, "Come and follow me, and I will make you fishers of men."
The word "Ministry" means to serve, and I want to follow the principles laid out by Jesus where he chose his disciples loved them and trained them according to his vision and purpose, which is to know the Love of God.
Love is the first and foremost principle of our ministry. It is love that qualifies you to be a minister, qualifies you to be a student and finally qualifies your salvation. Without it, all is in vain.
Qualifications:
Must be willing to dedicate time on a a weekly basis for activities such as Prayer, Training, Fellowship & Sunday Services
#1 Online Prayer / Study
Must participate in one of our telechurch online ministries; Bible study, devotion, or any other group. See app for details
#2. Online Fellowship & Ministry
Must participate in Sunday am Church Service 9 am to 11 am. Being physically in the building is optional, however required whenever the need arises for various ceremonies, ordinations baptisms etc.
#3. Baptized
Must be baptized or willing to be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
#4. Spirit
Must exhibit the fruits of the spirit so we know you are a true believer.
Love, Joy, Peace, Long suffering, Gentleness, Goodness, Faith, Meekness, Temperance.
#5. Male/Female 21+
All are welcome, No matter your Race or Gender.
#6. Compensation.
You will need to have an income, this is a ministry. However, there are those who are able to make such a dynamic impact on the ministry that it is likely that the church will financially support such a one. Make sure your heart is in the right place.
#7 Talents
Come expecting to let your light shine according to the Gift that God has given you. Be prepared to allow God to use your gifts to give life to others, so they may be transformed and renewed according to his word.
#8 Standards
Love has standards, and so does our church. Ministers are expected to be exemplary members of our society
Giving not only of their time but their resources to help the community and serve those that are in need. Free from addictions, sexual immorality, criminal activities, and anything that could be viewed as contradictory to a person holding the title of minister.
#9 Growth
As a minister, you must grow spiritually and become more mature in your role as you spend time in your ministry. Become the leader God intended and take this opportunity to transform your life. You will never be the same.
#10 Your Leadership
You will be trained on how to become an effective Telechurch leader. After your training is complete, 12 - 15 people will be assigned to your telechurch group for pastoral care and for you to nurture, train and grow. This will be the small start of your online ministry. You will have the opportunity to grow your group as you become all that God wants you to be. The opportunity may also present itself for your online group to birth a physical location.
